 Will recommend policy revisions to Catalog Submissions Submissions Requisites for all Accepted   Formats and Information Required to Submit Materials for Cataloging 

b) Trustee Development Committee – Library Strategic Planning – Event Evaluation c) Member Services Committee – Department Head Meet-Up – Event Evaluation 

8. Old Business 

a) Code of Conduct Investigation  

 Will provide an update on the status and conclusion 

b) Board Conflict of Interest Policy – Discussion 

 Will provide an update on the work to create a conflict of interest policy for board members c) Code of Conduct – DISCUSSION AND VOTE 

 A final review of the Code of Conduct before moving it to System Council for discussion and approval d) Review of Current Executive Board Pandemic Decisions 

 Review for new and returning board members of emergency board decisions that will likely be up for   review later in 2021 

9. New Business 

a) Acting and Interim Directors 

 Will discuss the member libraries’ plans moving towards filling these open Director positions b) 2020 Delivery Survey Report 

 A review of the 2020 Delivery Survey from member libraries as well as a look at BCCLS Delivery as   compared to a national review of library delivery services
